2. What data we process

• Contact form and email: your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Applications: your CV, cover letter and any information you choose to send.
• Acquisition and partnership enquiries: information about you and your business that you share with us. It is handled in confidence.
• Technical: when you visit the site, our host and Google Fonts process your IP address to display the page.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Answering enquiries and discussing cooperation: our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Handling applications: steps prior to possible employment (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Running and securing the website: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Recipients

We never sell your data. We use processors for hosting and email. Data may be shared with companies and brands in the NOFOCO portfolio when needed to answer your enquiry.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google, which may process it outside the EU under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

• Enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact unless they lead to cooperation.
• Applications are deleted no later than 6 months after the position is filled unless you consent to longer storage.

6. Cookies

nordicfoodcollective.dk does not use cookies for analytics or marketing. The site only sets cookies that are strictly necessary, for example when an administrator is logged in. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
